This elegant room is dominated by soft and natural tones that evoke the colours of the Mediterranean lands. The padded large King size bed (200cm x 160cm) complements the wooden furniture by adding warmth and a touch of “home”. During the day, the light filtering through the huge windows (that lead to the room’s private terrace) further enhances the colours of the Mediterranean sunshine. During the night, multiple horizontal strips of designer lighting above the headboard subtly illuminate the space. The room also has a walk-in closet for clothes and luggage (and newly acquired shopping bags!). This room will envelop you in the soft side of Rome.  

Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 (3 pm to 10 pm). Check out is at 11:00 (11 am). Deviations from these hours will be accommodated only at the discretion of the management.

We will be happy to store your luggage if you arrive before the check-in period or leave after check out.

Rooms are cleaned daily. Sheets and towels are changed every three days.

Guests are responsible for damages done to property and to others.

Guests will be charged for lost keys (to the room and the building).

This is a smoke-free establishment.

No pets allowed.

Only registered guests are allowed in the B&B. There can be no visitors under any circumstances.

Given the residential nature of the B&B building, guests are asked to please behave with respect towards their fellow guests as well as towards the permanent residents of the building.
